Individual Vocational Rehabilitation Services
We provide vocational rehabilitation services to individuals who have identified or have been determined disabled.
Services include vocational evaluation, situational assessment, one-on-one job readiness and search support, on the job coaching, personal and work adjustment training. Individuals seeking benefits counseling can visit our Assessment Services page for more information.
Career Coaching Consultation Services
We provide provide one to one career development coaching to working adults seeking job readiness, job search or job retention supports.

Career Planning & Assessment Programs Overview
Led by licensed interventionists with expertise in helping professions, workforce development, rehabilitation, and adult career development. All assessments infuse a learning forward approach, and strive to teach critical career development skills while also engaging in the assessment process collaboratively with you.
Assessment products include Career Pathways Mapping for Career Maintainers, Career Change & Skills Transferability Assessment for Career Starters and Movers, Return-to-Work Situational Assessment, Benefits & Work Incentives: Utilization Review and Benefits & Work Incentives: Income Analysis.
Career Coaching Programs Overview
We have a triadic support model that is designed to support you right where you are at. Choose from three levels of support including Facilitator, +Skills Trainer, and +Interventionist. Combine all three to make up your interdisciplinary team.
Each level offers increasing levels of personalized guidance to meet your unique needs.
Making Referrals
Individuals referred to us for Vocational Services by a third party partner, or are the referring party, will complete the “Request for Vocational Services” form located on the “Begin” services page.
Work Wellness Skills Library

A consultation is an appointment offering expert guidance on a specific issue. It provides clarity or strategy related to your goals but is not ongoing coaching or therapy. You can book with our licensed interventionists, who have expertise in work wellness and adult career development. Prior to your appointment, you will complete a brief questionnaire to ensure efficient responses to your questions.

Vocational rehabilitation is a personalized process that helps individuals with physical, mental, or emotional disabilities achieve employment and greater independence. Certified Rehabilitation Counselors (CRCs) are highly trained professionals who assess each person’s strengths, needs, and barriers to create a customized plan. These plans may include services like vocational testing, job placement, counseling, and coordination with other professionals. CRCs also offer ongoing support to ensure long-term success in work and life. Overall, vocational rehabilitation empowers people with disabilities to build meaningful, self-sufficient futures.

You must be determined to work with us through the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation with the state of Colorado.
However, we also offer several other work and life programs that you can access regardless of your disability or impairment status. To learn more about these programs, all you need to do is submit a request for vocational services found on the Begin Service page.

Individuals seeking coaching or assessment services for themselves as a referred individual by a paying third party, are the third party referrer will need complete this request for services form.
