Two Portals, One Support System

Depending on your services, you may need to use one or both of the following portals.

Access paperwork, scheduling, and secure messaging with your provider as a coaching or counseling services purchasers.

WorkLife Journey Content Portal

Access digital content i.e., courses, libraries, and other digital resources for coaching, counseling and digital content only purchasers.

A free onboarding course for clients who have already secured vocational rehabilitation services. This orientation walks you through the VR process, explains what to expect when working with our team, and introduces the systems, tools, and resources you’ll use during your journey. You’ll get clarity on communication, documentation, scheduling, service planning, and how to stay connected and supported while working toward your employment goals.

A guided introduction for individuals who have secured benefits planning services with us and have questions about returning to work while receiving SSDI, SSI, or Colorado public benefits. This orientation explains how the benefits counseling and work incentives planning process works, what information is needed to evaluate the impact of returning to work or increasing income. You’ll be introduced to the tools, and resources used throughout the process, so you know what to expect and how to make informed decisions about returning to work.
