Virtual Office Use Policy
Virtual offices are for pre-scheduled meetings only. Please request an appointment through your portal, or coordinate directly with your provider using the messaging feature in your client portal.
We use Zoom for its HIPAA-compliant accessibility features, including session recording, AI note-taking, live captioning, and screen recording and sharing for educational purposes to support continuity of care. These features are automatically turned on when sessions are launched.
Recordings are not stored publicly and are automatically deleted 30 days after the session.
To opt out of any feature, please inform your provider at the start of your session. Refer to our terms and conditions document for ore information about these tools and your rights.
