  • If you're struggling with your mental health in any area of your work or life, you may be eligible to use your health insurance under your behavioral health plan to access WorkLife counseling and coaching support.

  • Our licensed providers, whom we call licensed interventions, are licensed to provide mental health counseling in the state of Colorado currently.

  • Our base rate for a single 50-minute session ranges from $175 to $225 depending on the licensed providers background, experience and expertise.

  • Yes. You will submit a request for therapy appointment on the Begin Services page. We will send you paperwork that will be required in order for us to set your session fee. Be sure to fill that out and upload all required information so that we can provide you with an accurate session rate.

  • Yes we do. You will need to upload your insurance information include your Medicaid number the RAE you are are registered with and the name to insurance provider who is managing your Medicaid plan for timely appointment set up.

  • Our providers use a range of therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Schema Therapy, Brief Intervention, and Motivational and Behavioral Interviews, informed by client-centered care.

  • Career coaching focuses on helping you clarify goals, develop skills, and take practical steps to move forward in your work life. It’s action-oriented and typically centers on career decision-making, job search strategy, performance improvement, or navigating professional transitions. Coaches provide guidance, accountability, and tools—but do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

    Mental or behavioral health therapy, on the other hand, is provided by licensed professionals who are trained to help you explore deeper emotional, psychological, or relational issues that may be affecting your work or life. Therapy may involve addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, or other mental health concerns using evidence-based approaches. Therapy can support your work goals, but the focus is broader and more clinical in nature.

  • When you submit your request for service, be sure to include your insurance information. We will use this information to inform your fee disclosure notice. We will check your insurance within 48 hours of your appointment. A list of in network insurances is provided in the begin services page.

  • Yes. We submit your insurance through a third party insurance verification system called Thrizer on your behalf. We can also provide you with a Superbill upon request. Just email billing@wlwlab.com

  • An interventionist is a trained professional who helps individuals overcome personal, emotional, cognitive, behavioral, or environmental challenges that may be getting in the way of work-life wellness.

    Our interventionists are licensed to provide therapeutic services in their area of specialty in the state of Colorado. For example, we have Licensed Professional Counselors and Licensed Clinical Social Workers who provide mental health counseling.
