Here are a few standard requirements we ask all clients to be sure to reivew and meet.
Have a private space for tele-coaching or tele-therapy.
Can navigate between apps and browser windows during sessions.
Use email, text reminders, and launch meetings on any device.
Open, download, and locate attachments from your portal or email.
Have an updated, internet-connected device (laptop, desktop, or tablet) under 5 years old.
Keep software updated and use Google Chrome or Firefox.
Maintain stable high-speed internet and troubleshoot connection issues if needed.

This quiz helps you assess your comfort with essential digital skills for remote coaching focused on job search, resume development, and career readiness. Answer Yes or No. Then tally your results.
Can you do the following with or without a guide, or demonstration video?
Can you confidently use email platforms (like Gmail or Outlook) to send and receive attachments such as resumes or cover letters?
Can you open, edit, and save documents using Microsoft Word or Google Docs comfortably?
Can you organize files into folders on your device or cloud storage (e.g., Google Drive, OneDrive) to keep your job search materials organized?
Can you confidently join and participate in Zoom or other video platforms for coaching sessions or virtual interviews?
Can you navigate the internet to search for and apply to jobs you're interested in?
Can you use online self-scheduling systems (like Calendly) and messaging tools to book appointments and communicate with your coach?
Are you familiar with basic formatting features (like bold, bullet points, and spacing) in Word or Google Docs to help polish your documents?
Do you have access to a laptop or desktop with a stable internet connection (rather than relying on a smartphone or tablet only)?
Can you create or revise a resume or cover letter using templates and format them?
Can you take a screenshot or share your screen when troubleshooting, and upload files in various formats (Word, PDF) to secure sites or coaching platforms?
Can you log into software or service systems to access training videos, guides, and use the internet to look up solutions to questions?
Scoring:
8–11 Yes: You’re likely ready for remote document coaching and online job search support.
5–7 Yes: You may benefit from a technical skills refresher alongside coaching.
0–4 Yes: Consider starting with basic digital literacy or in-person support before beginning remote coaching.
