Welcome!
Below, you'll find more information about me and how to get started. Once you're ready to move forward, click my "Book with Me" button on this page — you'll be taken to our Begin page, where you'll find instructions for getting started and can submit your request for an intake appointment with me.
What is my therapeutic style?
My approach is warm, collaborative, and attachment-informed.
Together, we'll explore how your relationships, life experiences, and emotional patterns have shaped the way you experience yourself and others. Therapy is a space to build insight, strengthen self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change through a supportive therapeutic relationship.
My goal is to help you better understand the emotional patterns that continue to influence your life while developing healthier ways of relating to yourself and the people around you.
Who do I work with?
I provide telehealth psychotherapy for adults throughout Colorado who are experiencing anxiety, chronic worry, depression, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, attachment concerns, family-of-origin challenges, people-pleasing, difficulty setting healthy boundaries, low self-worth, self-criticism, and life transitions while seeking greater emotional well-being and personal growth.
I might be a good fit for you if…
You feel emotionally overwhelmed or stuck in repeating relationship patterns.
You often find yourself putting others' needs ahead of your own.
You struggle to trust yourself or set healthy boundaries.
Anxiety, depression, or emotional exhaustion are interfering with your relationships or quality of life.
You recognize recurring patterns but aren't sure how to create lasting change.
You're looking for a compassionate space to better understand yourself and build healthier relationships.

What to expect when you book with me.
My goal is to make your experience from start to finish as transparent, collaborative, and informative as possible, so you can focus on why you're here and working toward where you want to go.
-
Many people understand what they're struggling with but still find themselves repeating the same emotional patterns.
Insight alone doesn't always lead to meaningful change. The ways we think, feel, and relate to ourselves and others are often shaped by early attachment experiences, learned relationship patterns, and deeply held beliefs about safety, trust, and self-worth.
Functionally focused therapy goes beyond understanding why these patterns exist. Together, we'll explore how they affect your daily life, relationships, and overall well-being while developing practical strategies that support healthier emotional responses, stronger relationships, and lasting change.
-
My work is grounded in attachment-informed, trauma-informed, and relational therapy.
Together, we'll explore the emotional experiences and relationship patterns that contribute to anxiety, depression, and emotional distress while building greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and healthier ways of connecting with others.
Depending on your needs, I may integrate:
Attachment-Based Therapy
Schema Therapy
Family-of-Origin exploration
Emotion-Focused interventions
Mindfulness-based strategies
Trauma-informed care
-
Every session is collaborative and tailored to your unique experiences and goals.
Depending on your needs, sessions may include:

I provide psychotherapy for adults (18+) who are physically located in Colorado at the time of each session. My practice is primarily virtual, allowing clients to access care from anywhere in Colorado. Limited in-person appointments may become available in the future.

What is attachment-based therapy?
Attachment-based therapy helps you better understand how your relationship patterns, emotional responses, and beliefs about yourself may be affecting your life today. Rather than focusing on the past for its own sake, we'll explore how these patterns show up in your current relationships, work, stress, and everyday functioning.
Together, we'll identify what's keeping you stuck, strengthen emotional awareness and self-trust, and develop healthier ways of responding to yourself and others. The goal is to help you build more secure relationships, communicate more effectively, set healthier boundaries, and create lasting changes that improve your overall well-being.

No.
Many clients come to therapy for concerns like anxiety, depression, emotional burnout, overwhelm, or difficulty keeping up with daily demands. Some clients suspect ADHD or Autism level 1 may be part of the picture because they experience executive functioning challenges, sensory stress, attention difficulties, organization struggles, emotional regulation concerns, or chronic burnout.
Others already have a diagnosis and want to work with a provider whose lived experience and clinical training support neuro-affirming care.
You do not need a formal diagnosis to receive neuro-affirming care. If you decide that a formal assessment is important to you, I can provide referrals to a psychologist who offers comprehensive psychological evaluation.

Self-scheduling is currently available for Tuesday through Thursday appointments only to support coordination and prevent scheduling issues.
Appointments shown online are typically available 48 hours to 2 weeks out. If you are trying to schedule outside that window, please complete the appointment request first. Once your portal account is created, send a secure portal message requesting scheduling support.
Standard appointment availability is generally between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Evening availability is limited. Requests outside standard availability are reviewed individually after the full appointment request is complete so I can consider scope of care, scheduling needs, and current availability.
